Ingredients

  • 1 container mango or guava nectar 33.8 fl ounces
  • 1 bottle Pink Moscato wine 750 ml
  • fresh mint for garnish optional
  • 2 cans Sprite or lemon-lime soda
  • 6 peaches sliced for garnish
  • ¾ cup brandy
  • plenty of ice
  • 1 bottle dry white wine 750 ml
  • 1 cup simple syrup cooled

Instructions

  • Fill a large drink dispenser or gallon-sized pitcher generously with ice, then pour in both bottles of wine, followed by the brandy, simple syrup, and mango or guava nectar. Stir thoroughly with a large spoon to blend all the liquids. Gently add the sliced peaches, submerging them and stirring slightly to distribute. Place the sangria in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Before serving, stir in the cans of Sprite and add additional ice if needed. Serve chilled, garnished with extra ice and fresh mint sprigs if desired, for an added touch of freshness. For the most robust flavor, let the sangria sit for 1 hour before serving.

Notes

If pressed for time, opt for chilled wine bottles to keep the sangria cold. Consider using faux ice cubes at the bottom of the dispenser to prevent fruit slices from blocking the spout.
