Ingredients

  • 1 whole pineapple
  • ¼ cup 62 g chocolate hummus
  • 2 tablespoon 20 g raw almonds
  • 1 pint 473 g blackberries
  • 1 medium grapefruit
  • 8 oz 227 g goat cheese
  • 1 bunch grapes
  • 10 vanilla wafer cookies
  • 2 tablespoon 42 g honey
  • 3 medium kiwi
  • 1 cup 85 g banana chips
  • 1 medium orange

Instructions

  • Arrange a large serving platter or board as your base. Peel and slice the pineapple, kiwi, orange, and grapefruit into bite-sized pieces or wedges. Place the goat cheese in a small bowl or shape into a log for easy spreading. Transfer the chocolate hummus into a small dish for dipping. Cluster the grapes and blackberries in separate sections on the board. Neatly fan out the sliced fruits around the cheese and dips to create visual balance. Scatter banana chips and raw almonds in small piles or decorative bowls to add texture. Drizzle honey over the goat cheese or serve it in a tiny jar with a spoon. Position vanilla wafer cookies around the edges or intersperse them for added crunch. Adjust the arrangement until the board appears abundant and inviting, then serve immediately.
