Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons simple syrup optional, for a sweeter profile
  • 1 cup sweetened vanilla coconut milk
  • 2 cups White Cran-Strawberry juice such as Oceanspray
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries hulled and thinly sliced (plus extra for garnish)
  • Small ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place the sliced strawberries into a pitcher and use a muddler to lightly press them—enough to draw out some juice while retaining their shape.
  • Pour in the White Cran-Strawberry juice, sweetened vanilla coconut milk, and, if desired, the simple syrup. Stir well until fully integrated.
  • Distribute small ice cubes between serving glasses and pour the mixture over the top. Garnish with additional strawberry slices if preferred.
