Ingredients

  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 4 boneless pork chops 1/2 inch thick

Instructions

  • Mix the Parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs, black pepper, and garlic powder together on a flat plate or shallow dish.
  • Rub each pork chop generously with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated. Press the pork chops firmly into the cheese mixture, covering them thoroughly on all sides.
  • Prepare a baking pan by lining it with aluminum foil and lightly spraying it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Arrange the coated pork chops on the prepared pan in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 40-45 minutes until the pork chops are cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
