Remove the wings from the refrigerator.
For a crispier texture, sprinkle the baking powder over the wings and toss again to distribute evenly.
Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or fitted with a cooling rack.
Bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for another 20 minutes on the opposite side.
Brush half of the BBQ sauce evenly over both sides of the wings.
Continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce begins to caramelize.
Before serving, brush with the remaining BBQ sauce for added flavor.
