Ham and Cranberry Hawaiian Roll Sliders Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • cup cranberry sauce homemade or canned
  • 6 slices mozzarella
  • 12 large slices leftover ham adjust quantity for smaller slices
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 package 12 rolls Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, separating the tops from the bottoms, and arrange the bottom halves in the prepared dish. Spread cranberry sauce evenly across the base layer of the rolls. Layer the ham in two even layers over the cranberry sauce. Arrange the Swiss cheese slices over the ham, forming two layers, followed by a single layer of mozzarella cheese. Replace the tops of the rolls, aligning them carefully. Brush the melted butter generously over the top of the rolls and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the tops are golden. Serve immediately while warm.
