Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled
  • teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F. After peeling, cut the sweet potatoes into uniform sticks approximately ¼ inch thick.
  • Transfer the sliced potatoes into a large bowl and evenly coat them with olive oil, followed by salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  • Arrange the fries in the air fryer basket in batches to prevent overcrowding and ensure even cooking. Air fry for about 12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the fries are golden and crisp.
  • Serve promptly, accompanied by your preferred dipping sauce.

Notes

Storage: Keep leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. For best results, reheat in the air fryer at 360°F for 1–2 minutes or use a toaster oven. Reheating in a microwave is possible but will yield a softer texture.
Substitutes: While the listed ingredients yield optimal flavor, you may experiment with alternative seasonings or oils based on preference.
