Ingredients

  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 lb chicken wings separated into drummettes and flats
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic salt or adjust according to taste

Instructions

  • Dry the chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels, then transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, add garlic salt and lemon pepper, and toss to ensure an even distribution of seasoning.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer within the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook at 400˚F for 8 minutes, turn them over, then continue cooking for an additional 8 minutes, or until the skin is golden and crisped to perfection.

Notes

*For heightened flavor, increase garlic salt to 1 1/2 tsp if desired. As an alternative, combine 3/4 tsp salt with 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
*When preparing a double batch, use a large-capacity air fryer or cook in separate rounds to maintain a single layer. For larger quantities, extend cooking time to 18–22 minutes, flipping midway for even crispness.
