Instructions

  • Blend the olive oil together with the salt, oregano, paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder in a small mixing bowl until a thick, cohesive paste forms. Evenly coat the chicken breasts on all sides with this seasoned mixture. Arrange the chicken pieces in the basket of your air fryer, ensuring they do not overlap. Set the temperature to 370°F and cook for 10 minutes. Carefully turn the chicken over and continue air frying for an additional 4 to 8 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the thickest part reaches 160°F. Once done, transfer the chicken to a plate, loosely cover with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

When using Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt, increase the quantity to 1 teaspoon to compensate for its lower sodium content compared to standard kosher or table salt.
